Special Projects
GSA designations for Special Projects (SP) requests that Owner, Developer, General Contractor along with their subcontractors limit the specifics associated with the buildout and the Tenant expects that no pictures will be taken inside the space. CCCI-Gov fully complies with these expectations and will not show the building exterior which could be easily identifiable. We can provide the following information for the Projects completed or in process. They include:
- SP653 a 200,000 sq. ft. facility
- GSA at a Glance 1st and 2nd Phases and OF DNI 3rd Phase – 25,000 sq. ft. tenant space
- SP316 a 400,000 sq. ft. facility
